Candidate requirements

• Master's degree in nursing with specialization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
• Current RN license in Washington.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Acute Care.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
