Our Exercise Specialists are integral to the company, responsible for assisting patients with exercise plans and modalities while establishing and maintaining relationships and driving the patient experience. This role is ideal for anyone who has received an undergraduate degree and would like experience in a clinical setting prior to applying to PT/OT school or another medical program.

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing position
• Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations

• Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, pulling, pushing, getting up and down from a lying position on the floor, and prolonged periods of standing
• Lifting 35 lbs. from the floor to chest level
• Demonstrate exercises including jumping, balancing on one leg, rotating the shoulder in multiple planes, and using exercise bands
• Transfer patients with good body mechanics while maintaining safety
• Required to work at an IRG facility and be responsible for own transportation
• Potential exposure to virus, disease, and infections from patients
• Perform custodial duties using medical-grade cleaning products (cleaning bathrooms, laundry, disinfection of exercise equipment)
• Work extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter and gather information

• Base salary: $18.77–$20 per hour, depending on experience and location of clinic
