• 0-2 yrs $235,040
• 2-5 yrs $260,000
• 5+ yrs $291,200
• Sign-On Bonus $20,000

• Practice Independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center
• 26 ORs + 2 OB Suites | 17,000 cases annually | 4,000 births
• Case Variety:
  General, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, OB
• Skills:
  
  Regional lines, epidurals, spinals. Practice to the full scope of your training.
• Flexible shifts: 10s, 12s, 14s, and 24s available
• Schedule:
  
  Standard day shift 7a-5p
• No more than two late shifts (past 5pm) per week

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
