my Laurel is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Everett-based team. In this field-based role, you will lead a high-acuity "Hospital-at-Home" model, delivering sophisticated medical interventions to patients where they are most comfortable.

• Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000 annual salary

  3x12 shifts (8:30 am – 8:30 pm), providing excellent work-life balance
• Impact:
  Direct field-based care that keeps Everett’s most vulnerable patients out of the ER

• Field-Based Acute Care:
  Deliver high-acuity clinical care to patients within the Everett/Snohomish County service area
• Team Leadership:
  Partner with on-site Paramedics or EMTs to perform advanced diagnostics and bedside treatments
• Clinical Decision Making:
  Order and interpret Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), including portable imaging and rapid labs
• Complex Case Management:
  Manage patients with multi-morbidities using evidence-based acute care protocols
• EMR Excellence:
  Ensure real-time, accurate documentation of patient encounters

• Licensure:
  Active Washington State NP or PA license (ARNP or PA-C)
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care
• Local Knowledge:
  Ability to navigate and provide care within the Everett, WA region
• Certifications:
  
  Board Certification and active DEA registration
• Mobility:
  Valid driver’s license and willingness to engage in field-based clinical work
