Care Manager RN – Full Time, Day Shift
Pay Range: $47.73 -$89.59 per hour
Hiring Bonus: $10K for eligible external hires
Requirements to apply- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Active Washington Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a medical surgical or inpatient setting
- Strong assessment, coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire
- National specialty certification
- One year of experience in care management or utilization review, or completion of TIPS or Case Management Orientation Program

Job OverviewThe Care Manager RN provides comprehensive patient centered care management services for at risk patients in an acute care environment. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, coordination of services, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy. This role ensures appropriate use of healthcare resources across the continuum so patients receive the right care at the right time in the right setting.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, collaborative, and committed to high quality care. Day shift, full time, 1.0 FTE.
