About the Position
Pride Health is hiring an      Echo Sonographer      to support our client’s medical facility in  Everett, WA   (      98201      ).
This is a  3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance).  and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Specific Duties :

Perform high         quality transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) following ASE guidelines.

Assist with stress echocardiograms and transoesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) as needed.

Prepare, position, and educate patients before and during procedures.

Operate and adjust ultrasound equipment to obtain accurate cardiac images.

Capture, measure, and document cardiac structures, valves, and blood flow.

Upload images and enter preliminary findings into PACS/EMR for cardiologist review.

Communicate urgent or abnormal findings promptly following clinical protocols.

Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Follow infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA standards always.

Support workflow by managing schedules, maintaining logs, and assisting with training when required.

Qualifications:

1-year Cardiac/ Echo Sonographer

ARDMS

Must have qualifications/experience:

High school graduate or GED equivalent

ARDMS

BLS for healthcare providers

Job Type: 3+ months contract to hire

Schedule:

Monday through Friday (every 4-5 Saturdays)

Shift start & end times:
6:30 am - 5:30 pm

Workdays per week: 4 days

Pay Range: $35-45/hrs. on W2 without benefits
