Provides management and support of operations. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Partners with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for the services. Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for assigned areas and seamless patient care.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and directly related work experience required.
- Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. - 5 years relevant clinical experience.
- Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in medical, surgical or oncology setting.
- Master's Degree.
- Upon hire:
Certification.

CompensationPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Pay Range: $68.01 - $107.35
