Job SummaryTeamwork Therapies is seeking a compassionate and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school‑based therapy services to students across King County, Washington. This role includes assessment, treatment planning, direct therapy, documentation, and collaboration with school teams and families to support student success.
We are looking for clinicians who are collaborative, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality services in educational settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and pragmatic/social communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services through individual, small-group, and classroom-based sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals, service recommendations, and progress updates
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support carryover of communication skills across school settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports, progress reports, therapy notes, and service logs
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding communication strategies, accommodations, and supports
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support MTSS/RTI initiatives when applicable
- Adhere to district, state, federal, and ASHA professional standards
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington SLP license, or eligibility to obtain Washington licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply; supervision will be provided
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, treatment methods, and evidence-based school-based practices
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team
- Experience working in K–12 school settings
- Familiarity with IEP systems, special education processes, and school-based documentation
- Bilingual skills are a plus
$55.00–$75.00 per hour
, depending on experience and assignment
