The Mammography Technologist is a crucial member of our dynamic, interdisciplinary team providing patients with the highest quality imaging care. The CHA Imaging Department provides advanced medical imaging services led by a team of board‑certified physicians, certified technologists and service‑oriented staff. We offer a full complement of imaging services, including a 128‑slice CT and a wide bore 1.5T MRI. We also offer interventional radiology services, diagnostic X‑ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

• Performs routine and urgent Mammographic and Breast Ultrasound procedures on a daily basis for all sites.
• Must be capable of working independently, unsupervised, and in a fast‑paced setting.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• This position requires a wide range of technical knowledge and past performance of excellence in technical ability.

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• Current Massachusetts state license in Mammography.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• Certification in Breast Sonography imaging modality preferred; must be ARRT certified in Breast Sonography within one year of employment, if not already certified.
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• This is a network position and may require assignments at multiple locations.
