Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN (W2)
Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation
Location: Everett, WA
Rehab Without Walls® (RWW) is expanding in the Everett area and seeks passionate Speech‑Language Pathologists to join our Home & Community Program. Founded in 1995, RWW provides innovative rehabilitation services across 21 states and continues to grow nationwide. Our care model brings outpatient‑quality therapy directly to clients’ homes and communities, supporting functional communication and cognitive goals where life truly happens.
What We’re Looking For- Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist

- PRN W2 position (not 1099)

- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Regularly re‑assess treatment plan effectiveness, attend staffing meetings, and family conferences.
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources.
- Communicate patients’ needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, service recipients, and family members.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR Certification.
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
- Effective and professional communication in verbal and written interactions.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
- Fine motor skill, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
- Physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently.
- Health screen/examination may be required prior to and periodically after assignment, depending on location policy and regulations.
USD $50.00 – $60.00 per hour.
