Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C) – Otolaryngology (ENT)

As a Medical Assistant in Otolaryngology (ENT), you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions—supporting everything from routine visits to specialized procedures. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on environment, your clinical skills and attention to detail help ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional care experience from start to finish.

• Perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients under the delegation of a licensed practitioner.
• Perform all aspects of the MA I role and be fully competent in the clinical needs/functions for the assigned clinic/location.
• Ensure patients receive accurate vital signs, injection administration, and medication administration, as required.
• Operate in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain quality care and efficient workflow.

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands‑on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, OR graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, OR graduate of the United States Armed Forces with two years of medical training, OR minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification.
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
• At least 6 months of medical assistant experience.

• Upon hire:
  National Medical Assistant Certification.

Work Location:

Mill Creek Medical Center – Everett, WA (12800 Bothell‑Everett Hwy).

Job Schedule:

Full time; multiple shifts available.

Pay Range: $24.26 – $37.11 per hour.
