Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility in Everett, WA 98201. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

- Pay rate: $25-$29/hour. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications).
- Schedule:
8:30 am to 5 pm / Mon to Fri (5 days/wk.)
- Room patients and prepare them for examination by obtaining and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and temperature.
- Verify and update patient information such as medications, allergies, and medical history in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and sanitized according to infection control protocols.
- Assist providers with patient care procedures, examinations, and minor office treatments.
- Handle patient paperwork, including consent forms, referrals, and visit documentation.
- Coordinate patient flow to optimize provider efficiency and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Support additional clinical duties such as specimen collection, performing EKGs, and administering injections (if applicable and certified).
- MA-C or MA-R.
- 1 year + experience as an MA preferred.
