Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Everett, WA
Compensation: $46-$51/hour
Schedule: 35 hours, Monday-Friday, No weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Facility OverviewA skilled nursing facility providing rehabilitation and long-term care services in a post-acute setting.
Position Summary / Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
