Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver occupational therapy services to patients in a patient-focused, whole-person care setting.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- Pediatric rehabilitation OT experience (preferred for Autism/Children's Center; new graduates with intern experience may be considered)
- Adult rehabilitation OT experience (preferred for all other departments; new graduates with intern experience may be considered)
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Defensive driving certification upon hire
- Occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting

Pay Range$48.79 - $75.74 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
