Sea Mar is recruiting for the following position:
Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) – Lab Services.
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling.
- Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation.
- Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
- Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist) certification required.
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).
- Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Must pass pre-hire competency test.

Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour.
Work Schedule:
On Call, Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
