• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate patients and caregivers.

• Eligible for employment in the United States under TN status.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience required.
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Either:
• Eligible to obtain occupational therapy licensure in Arizona or Washington prior to the start of employment
• OR, Currently hold an active Occupational Therapist license in a U.S. jurisdiction and be eligible for licensure by endorsement in Arizona or Washington.
