- Advanced training in breast ultrasound preferred

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Women’s Imaging team in Everett, WA. In this full-time role, you’ll perform both screening and diagnostic mammography studies while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy in every procedure. Working alongside radiologists and a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you’ll play a vital role in the early detection and diagnosis of breast disease.

Key Responsibilities- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures following physician orders and established protocols
- Operate and maintain mammography and imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient positioning
- Provide education, emotional support, and reassurance to patients throughout their imaging experience
- Document imaging procedures accurately within the EMR and PACS systems
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Adhere to MQSA, ACR, and all state/federal compliance standards
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives within the imaging department
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of exam rooms and equipment
- Assist in or perform breast ultrasound imaging as trained and assigned
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires
