Position: Part-Time Medical Front Desk Multiple Schedules Available

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Salmon Creek 2 clinic. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co‑pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location

Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686)

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Candidates must be available for a full‑time training period lasting approximately 4–6 weeks at the start of employment.

Hiring Range

Generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Evening Differential $3.00/hour & Weekend Differential Pay $2.56/hour.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epic preferred.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills.
Pay Range

$17.31 - $24.24
