As a Loan Kit Technician, you will play a critical role in our Wembley fulfillment team, working closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of surgical kits. The position is full‑time (five days per week) and includes on‑call responsibilities when required.

• Proven experience in Med Tech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management.
• Demo Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent time management and multitasking, balancing competing priorities effectively.

• Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms.
• Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements.
• Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures.
• Accurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures.
