Hiring Range: $24.92 - $31.15 Hourly

Position Summary

Establishes and maintains an efficient clerical department.

Primary Position Responsibilities
  • Supervision and management of clerical staff
  • Proficient in all clerical and Patient Service Representative responsibilities
  • Functions as a Patient Service Representative
  • Functions as an administrator in absence of Manager/Director
  • Works with Central Billing office to provide efficient, cohesive team
  • Conducts monthly meetings
Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred: None

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation)

Required: 1-2 years of front end medical office experience.

Preferred: 3-5 years of front end medical office experience or Management/supervising experience of at least 1 year

License, Registry or Certification

Preferred: None

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities

Knowledge of general office equipment
