• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient.
• Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice (Washington).
• Licensed or in immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist licensure in WA.
• Experience in Outpatient specialty area.
