Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in inpatient pediatric care at a healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. This position involves providing speech therapy services to pediatric patients, including those with developmental delays, language disorders, and other communication challenges, within a Level II trauma center setting. The role is scheduled for day shifts at the Pacific Campus, which is known for comprehensive maternity services and NICU facilities.

- Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
Valid Washington license in‑hand for SLP, BLS certification, 2 years of experience preferred (1‑year acceptable, minimum 0 years based on the previous data), valid certification in speech‑language pathology, and certified in BLS. - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Epic charting system and pediatric outpatient therapy, assessment, and treatment for developmental delays and language disorders. - Certifications:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week - Additional Information:
Candidates will be expected to float within the hospital or to nearby sister hospitals as needed. The position requires participation in holiday work (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day), with a commitment to working three of the five holidays. All travelers must meet the criteria for travel compliance, and references covering at least one year (or six months for CNA) will be required before the start date.
Modules are non‑billable, averaging 16 hours, and must be completed pre‑start and annually.
