- Coordinate care with healthcare teams and community resources for comprehensive support
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- WA Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Clean Driving Record Job Details
- Pay: $2,649.68 - $2,731.63 / week
