Medical Receptionist
Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Salmon Creek 2 location. You will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and a desire to make a positive impact on our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and greeting patients and their families.
- Collect co‑pays and obtain insurance information.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Multi‑task and work well with others in a fast‑paced environment.
Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686)
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:15pm to 11:15pm.
Full‑time training period of approximately 4–6 weeks at the start of employment is required.
Hiring range: $18.00/hr – $21.37/hr, with placement based on experience. Evening differential after 5:30pm: $3.00/hr pay range stated: $17.31–$24.24.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1year of customer service experience required.
- Minimum of 1year of medical front office experience preferred.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
- Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
