Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required. Looking for a new role in education? Pro Care Therapy is excited to partner with a wonderful school district in Norristown, PA. We are in search of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the  school year!

• A school based RBT is responsible for:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Provide behavioral support
  • Assist with classroom management
  • Collaborate with staff
  • Communicate with parents
  • Support skill development
  • Manage crises
    
    Engage in professional development
  • Document progress
  • Adhere to ethical standards

• RBT Certification:
  Must be a Registered Behavior Technician, with certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• 10-15 minute screening call with a Pro Care Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
