• 0.9 FTE (72 hours bi‑weekly)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

  On‑site, Onalaska, WI
• Department:
  Primary Care – Scheduling for RN Medicare Annual Wellness (MAW) and vaccine clinic appointments

Play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients, supporting patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Background in scheduling/coordinating and knowledge of medical terminology is a bonus

• Starting pay of $17.93 per hour (plus experience adjustments)
