Behavioral Health Therapist - Adult Outpatient, Onalaska

We are growing! Seeking a licensed therapist with training and interest in general outpatient psychotherapy at our Onalaska Clinic.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based approaches to a wide range of presenting problems.
• Offer outreach services as part of the system’s community care model.
• Collaborate with physician colleagues, integrated care teams, and self‑referrals to coordinate patient care.
• Teach and supervise students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff in accordance with our Medical Education philosophy.
• Participate in collaboration groups and ongoing professional training.
• Work under the direct supervision of a physician as an advanced practice clinician.

• Licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or equivalent professional license.
• Completion of an accredited graduate program in therapy or related field.
• Eligibility to obtain a license to practice in our multi‑state region with no restrictions or limitations.
• Ability to work under the direct supervision of a physician.
