We are seeking Dialysis Technicians to join our patient care team, delivering care, compassion, and community to people living with kidney disease.

• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team and caregivers to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot dialysis equipment and perform other tasks as assigned.
• Follow training and orientation guidelines to develop competencies in patient care.

• Current CPR with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as required by the American Heart Association.
• Previous experience as a dialysis technician is preferred but not required.
• For experienced dialysis technicians: must be able to obtain Washington State Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT) certification.

Three weeks of training take place Monday–Friday at our Everett dialysis clinic. Training days may start as early as 4:00 am.

After training, you will be scheduled to work at both our Everett clinic and a secondary location. Applicants should be able to work any 3 or 4 days per week (Monday through Saturday) for 10- to 13-hour shifts. Morning shifts may start as early as 4:00 am and evening shifts can end as late as 11:30 pm.

Hourly pay range for this position is $22.23 – $35.42 per hour. New hires without state or national certification as a Dialysis Technician start at $22.23/hour and may advance to $22.67/hour after successful training and orientation. Wage offers are determined based on factors including prior relevant experience.
