Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health
• Qualified applicants MUST have a valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
• Must have current CPR certification
• Be willing to obtain Washington state licensure if not already licensed
