Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation
Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN (W2) – Everett, WA
OverviewRehab Without Walls® is expanding in Everett and looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our growing Home & Community Program.
We bring outpatient‑quality therapy directly to clients’ homes and communities, helping them build independence where real life happens.
What We’re Looking For- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Passion for functional, real‑world rehabilitation
- Enjoy one‑on‑one care and interdisciplinary collaboration (PT, SLP, LCSW)
- PRN W2 position (not 1099)
- Flexible schedule created by you
- Hourly pay (not per visit)

- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
- Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members
- Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Strong fine motor skills, visual acuity, and endurance for walking/standing for extended periods
- Physical demands include pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently
- Health screen or examination may be required before and during assignment to verify physical capability, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour
