JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Operate ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently.
• Obtain optimal patient images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately in accordance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Valid state professional license if required by law.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ARDMS certification.
• ARDMS AB or ARDMS OB/GYN certification required (not both).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

• Proficient in performing general diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound physics.
• Ability to interpret ultrasound images.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

On-call requirements: 2-3 call shifts per month.
