$50-$58/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule
Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will treat patients at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA and Cascades e in Seattle, WA. You will remain on the clock if/when traveling between facilities during the workday.

As the SLP, you will treat a geriatric population in a skilled nursing environment, including:
- Dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Cognitive-linguistic therapy
- Speech and language evaluation and treatment
- Patient and family education
- Treatment of medically complex patients
- Participation in discharge planning
Collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff
Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on patient independence and quality of life.

- Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
