HR​/Office Manager (Home Healthcare

Job Description

We have partnered with a local home healthcare agency who is in search of a new HR/Office Manager.

Pay is in the $70K range

Job Description includes

• Overseeing & Managing the Human Resources Department: hiring, termination warnings/counseling (care staff and in office staff) in conjunction with the owners.
• Performing caregiver orientation & recruiting, minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
• Participating in administrative staff meetings & potentially outside meetings.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operations to ensure the provision of adequate & appropriate care staff working toward quality and growth goals.
• Assist to maintain ongoing relationships with LTC, referral sources & health communities.
• Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance (annual review/performance evaluations)
• On-call responsibilities one week per month

Possible other non-essential functions:

• Job Fairs at CNA schools and recruiting.
• Interact with client family members when needed.
• Other possible tasks as assigned by the owners.
