Responsibilities:
Assess and treat adult patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals and medical needs
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions for conditions like arthritis, balance issues, and post-surgery recovery
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and strategies to maintain independence
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience as a licensed PT, preferably home health
Current Washington PT license
Current BLS certification
Dependable, insured vehicle
