Role Overview The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs PET/CT examinations using radioactive isotopes in compliance with state regulations, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities Include- Conducting PET/CT scans and other nuclear medicine procedures
- Ensuring safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining equipment and patient care standards
- Documenting procedures and patient information accurately
- Associate degree or equivalent education/experience
- Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and BLS certification
- Prior experience in nuclear medicine; PET/CT experience preferred
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and patient-focused approach
