Position: General Sonography - Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - 2200 per week.

Shift:  7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Aya Program
- Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program:
Aya Program
- Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Teaching hospital experience is required.
Community hospital experience is required.

Preferred Skills/

Experience:

Outpatient experience preferred.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details:
Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule.
Weekend requirement:
Yes.
Call required:
No.

Floating Requirements:
May float to Pacific (women’s/children’s) campus if STAT exams are needed;
Pacific campus is approximately 2 miles from PRMCE.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification S
