Overview

Ultrasound Technologist (Travel) – Ultrasound Tech, Everett, WA, Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,025–$2,164 per week. Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off 1 shift per 2-week period). Shift: 3x12 nights (Friday–Sunday). Setting:
Level II Trauma Center with outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient imaging services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound exams including general abdominal, pelvic, obstetric/fetal surveys, small parts, and basic vascular studies, following departmental protocols.
  • Conduct pediatric/NICU imaging and portable/STAT studies as needed, including emergency imaging support.
  • Operate ultrasound equipment for bedside and STAT studies; document findings in the electronic medical record (Epic) and communicate results to the care team.
  • Assist with ultrasound‑guided procedures and coordinate with physicians for consults and patient care.
  • Maintain patient safety, image quality, and infection control; support patient throughput in a high‑acuity trauma setting.
Requirements
  • Active compact state license in hand at submission
  • Required certifications: BLS and ARDMS; ARDMS (Abdomen, OB/GYN) preferred; ARRT (S) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience; trauma Level I experience required; two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Epic charting experience required
  • Ability to work nights and weekends; willingness to float to other campus/areas as needed
