Compass Health is seeking a compassionate Crisis Peer Counselor to join the YGo Crisis Team in Snohomish County. You will provide peer support during the NOC shift for children, youth, and families, focusing on stabilization, advocacy, and empowerment.
Ideal candidates have lived behavioral health experience, WA Peer Counselor Certification (preferred), and a commitment to recovery. Must meet WA DOH requirements and be 21+ with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
