Role
The Phlebotomy Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient flow, managing specimen collection, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key duties- Perform blood draws
- Collect specimens
- Monitor operational metrics
- Address customer concerns
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry and billing
- Valid Washington State Phlebotomy License or pending application
- At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Leadership experience in healthcare
- Pass color blindness test
- Flexibility for overtime
- Effective communication abilities
- Hourly pay range of $23.00 - $36.23
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses
