Gundersen Health System is seeking a dedicated Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Onalaska clinic. This 0.75 FTE role offers 60 hours bi-weekly with 12-hour shifts, every third Saturday, and every other holiday, plus flexible scheduling.
Required are a high school diploma, at least 6 months of patient care experience, and current BLS CPR. LPNs must hold WI licensure; CHT certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
