Interventional Radiology Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

4x10 Hour Shift (07:00 - 17:30)

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for assisting with various interventional radiology procedures within a Level II Trauma Center. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team of interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons, managing patients, and ensuring a high standard of care in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform interventional radiology procedures such as cerebral angiography, stroke interventions, and venous access.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of equipment for procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Provide support during emergency situations and be available for on-call shifts as required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related field.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT Radiography certification and Washington State license required.
• Experience with specific procedures including nephrograms and angiograms.
