About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an established healthcare group in Everett, WA to place a direct hire Mental Health Therapist. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role offering stability, a supportive clinical environment, and long-term growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist holding one of the following credentials:
LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA
. The therapist will provide services to individuals, families, or groups while supporting clients in achieving emotional and mental well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
- Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Washington State license as LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in behavioral health settings preferred (new grads with LCSWA encouraged to apply)
- Competitive salary up to $100,000 annually
