Seeking Advanced Practice Clinical Providers to assist with coverage on an ongoing basis. Providers will be scheduled 4/10s. Urgent dates as follows, additional coverage will be needed on an ongoing basis. Please indicate in your presentation if providers can cover any/all of these shifts.
30-Jun 1-Jul 2-Jul 3-Jul 8-Jul 9-Jul 10-Jul 11-Jul 16-Jul 17-Jul 18-Jul 19-Jul
OT after 40 hours per week, providers will be scheduled 7a-5:30p to allow for half hour lunch.
