** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

** What You’ll Do
** As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work alongside our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence.
* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
* Help patients work toward individualized therapy goals
* Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
* Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
* Accurately document treatments and patient responses
* Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the care team
* Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment
** What We’re Looking For
*** Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
* Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
* Commitment to providing excellent patient care
