Overview
Labor & Delivery RN (L&D) in Everett, WA - Travel assignment starting 09/21/2026 for Weeks. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Weekly pay: $2,235-$2,383 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. This hospital-based assignment places you on a high-risk perinatal unit with Level II NICU capabilities, delivering intrapartum, antepartum, postpartum, and neonatal care in a busy perinatal setting.

Travel assignment on a high-risk perinatal unit with NICU capabilities
- Provide intrapartum care with 1:1 labor management, sterile vaginal exams, fetal monitoring (external/internal, including IUPC), and managed SVE
- Assist and circulate for cesarean deliveries; participate in perioperative care and recovery
- Neonatal/newborn care including NRP, newborn assessment, and thermoregulation; support for breastfeeding and newborn stability
- Postpartum and couplet care with hemorrhage management, discharge planning, and patient and family education
- Manage high-risk antepartum conditions (e.g., preeclampsia/HELLP, magnesium sulfate, induction/oxytocin, VBAC management) and coordinate care with the broader team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary services (respiratory, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, social work, rapid response, interpretation) and be prepared to float to postpartum when needed
- Licensure:
Compact RN license must be in hand at submission (WA or multi-state license with WA eligibility) - Certifications:
BLS (BCLS), ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate OR Relias Fetal Monitoring (hard stops) - Experience:
Minimum 2 years clinical RN experience; first-time travel RNs accepted; submittals may be considered with comparable experience - Unit/skills:
Ability to work in a high-risk perinatal unit; proficient intrapartum skills; able to float to postpartum as needed; weekend shifts required - Orientation: 40 hours of orientation provided
