Requirements:
Compact RN license in hand at submission - 2 years of clinical RN experience required; a minimum of 1 year for submission
- Required certifications: BLS (BCLS), ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate OR Relias Fetal Monitoring
- Experience in facilities with 100–200 deliveries preferred
- Charting system:
Epic required
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive labor and delivery care to high-risk perinatal patients. Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progress with 1:1 labor management. Perform sterile vaginal exams and respond to complications as necessary. Assist in C-sections and recover patients post-operatively. Provide postpartum care, including breastfeeding support and discharge teaching. Manage high-risk antepartum conditions, including pre-eclampsia and induction protocols.

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Background checks must be completed; discrepancies will not be accepted. Required to float to postpartum as necessary, and to nearby sister facilities if needed. Scrub color:
