6AM City, LLC is seeking a Family Peer Support Specialist to provide direct family peer support services to families within the local systems of care. The role involves meeting with families at their home, participating in children's team meetings, and coordinating resources, all in a 30-hour work week.
The FPSS will spend time preparing for meetings, documenting activities, and ensuring timely intake and discharge paperwork. Prior experience with CTWRAP and community supports is preferred.
