+ Motivation to grow and advance within a large, industry-leading pharmacy operation.

+ Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where shifts move quickly.

+ Ability to focus on operational efficiency and accuracy without direct patient interaction.

+ Willingness to learn through a variety of training opportunities and cross-functional exposure.

Work Environment

This role is fully on-site in a central fill pharmacy facility in Everett, WA, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, automated pick-pack-ship environment. The work schedule for the first 6-12 months is Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with Thursdays and Saturdays off.
