6AM City, LLC is seeking a contracted Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to support Pre-K–12th grade students in a district-wide school setting near Waterbury, CT. This 12-week assignment may extend based on need and maternity coverage requirements.
Active CT COTA or OT license is required; NBCOT for COTAs is noted. Travel between district schools is expected, and full-time hours are approximately 7–7.5 hours per day.
