Description
The Quality Analyst oversees accreditation requirements for the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (PRMCE) . They lead meetings, collect data, create aggregate data reports, regulatory and accreditation preparation, and other activities related to the hospital performance improvements. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing of caregiver education related to current performance improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Preferred Field:
Health Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or Management Engineering Or 5 years’ experience in Medical Staff Services with preference with a quality focus/data analyst OR 3 years’ experience in quality improvement/ data analyst program with a preference in healthcare.2 years Experience in quality improvement, and/or data analysis.
Upon hire:
Certification from a national association in Quality ImprovementExperience working with SQL. Able to write SQL queries.
Experience with project management, data capture, data mining and analysis, team facilitation, lean principals and change management.
Progressive leadership experience.
Experience in quality improvement, systems design, or project management in a healthcare setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
